Venator Search Partners was set up in 2005 by experienced business professionals from the industry and Executive Search. Focused on select business segments that come from deep domain and structural knowledge, our approach is consultative, whether with our clientele or the business leaders who actively engage with us for career advice.

While we have executed several searches in our chosen domain and bring that strength of experience to a new search, every new mandate starts with a ‘search strategy’ to ensure the requisite uniqueness and freshness of thought.
